Before you contact us

Most reported "unclaimed payouts" and "bet didn't go through" turn out to be one of these:

  • Wallet on the wrong network — switch to Polygon in your wallet, then retry.
  • Not enough POL for gas — top up your wallet with a small amount of native POL.
  • Tx still pending — give it 30 seconds, then refresh your profile.

For urgent on-chain issues (lost funds, contract concerns), email support@prevermarket.com with subject "URGENT".
